2026 மே 10 அன்று, இதுவரை இல்லாத தேர்தல் வெற்றிக்குப் பிறகு, நம் அன்பும் மரியாதையும் பெற்ற தமிழ்நாட்டின் தளபதி, மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் ஜோசப் விஜய் அவர்கள், தனது பதவியேற்பு உரையில் தமிழ்நாட்டின் நிதிநிலையை விளக்கும் "வெள்ளை காகிதம்" வெளியிடப்படும் என்று அறிவித்தார்.
இந்த முயற்சி, அவரது வார்த்தைகளால் ஊக்கமளிக்கப்பட்டது:
"அண்ணா! நீங்க உள்ள இருந்து கணக்கு எடுங்க, நாங்க வெளில இருந்து கணக்கு போடுறோம்."
பல ஆண்டுகளாக ஏற்பட்ட மோசமான ஆட்சி மற்றும் நிர்வாக சீர்கேடுகளுக்குப் பிறகு, தமிழ்நாட்டின் உண்மை நிலையை பதிவுசெய்யும் நோக்கத்துடன் இந்த தளம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
"நாட்டின் நிலவரம் என்ன?"
சாலைகள், குடிநீர் வசதி, சுகாதாரம், பாதுகாப்பு, அடிப்படை கட்டமைப்பு, ஆட்சி மற்றும் பொது நிர்வாகம் போன்ற துறைகளில் மக்கள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் பிரச்சினைகளை, பொதுமக்கள் நேரடியாக வழங்கும் ஆதாரங்கள் மூலம் பதிவு செய்வதே இந்த முயற்சியின் நோக்கம்.
பதிவாகும் அனைத்து பொதுப் பிரச்சினைகளும் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட்டு, உரிய அரசு துறைகளுக்கு அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வழிகளின் மூலம் அனுப்பப்படுவதுடன், முதலமைச்சர் அலுவலகத்திற்கும் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும்.

This platform was created to chronicle the status quo of Tamil Nadu after decades of poor governance and administrative decline.
"நாட்டின் நிலவரம் என்ன?"
This initiative aims to document the realities faced by the people — the condition of our roads, water supply, sanitation, safety, infrastructure, governance, and public administration — through evidence submitted directly by citizens.
All the reported issues will be consolidated and forwarded to the relevant departments through proper government channels and also presented to the CM's office.
It is intended to become a public historical record of an era that existed before Chief Minister Vijay's administration, and a measurable chronicle of the transformation and impact of his promised five years of governance.
